- Remember that swimming in both sea and chlorinated water can damage your hair. Therefore, it is beneficial to protect your hair with a swimming cap. If you have long hair, avoid using tight rubber bands, as they may cause hair to break.
- Regular massaging of the scalp, moving the fingertips in gentle, circular motions, stimulates blood circulation in the hair bed. This helps necessary, vital elements reach the hair root.
