TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in the Revalid® contest (Contest) organised by Ewopharma (local entity) is free of charge and does not depend on the purchase of Revalid® products. Persons entering this Contest must be of age 18 years or over and of legal capacity.
The Contest is open from [....] until XX.12.18 (Contest Period). By entering the Contest, you/the entrant expresses agreement with the following terms and conditions:
1. PRIVACY
When completing the Contest registration form for participation in the Contest, entrants are prompted to submit certain personal data including: title, first name, last name, country of residence and email address.
Ewopharma AG is the joint data controller of the personal data that you submit on the Contest registration form. Ewopharma AG is the headquarters of the Ewopharma Group. Ewopharma AG address is Vordergasse 43, 8200 Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Ewopharma (local entity) is the other joint data controller and the local representative of Ewopharma AG in (insert territory). Your personal data shall be transferred within the Ewopharma Group.
Ewopharma AG and Ewopharma (local entity) process your personal data on the basis of your consent. In relation to any publication of the winner’s name and location as per section 3 below, Ewopharma processes this on the basis of the winner’s consent. In relation to processing your personal data for the purposes of sending you any further Ewopharma’s Newsletter we do so on the basis of your consent. Ewopharma shall process this data for the purposes of entering you in the Contest and if you are successful, for the purposes of contacting you and processing your award.
We will transfer your data to Ewopharma AG, headquarters of the Ewopharma Group located in Switzerland. In the event that you win the Contest’s first prize, your personal data will be transferred to and processed by a third party travel agency located in Switzerland for the purposes of making the necessary travel arrangements for your trip to Switzerland. Switzerland has been granted a European Commission adequacy decision meaning your personal data will be protected to the same level in Switzerland as it would be within the EEA.
Ewopharma shall keep your personal data on file for a period of 1 month after the end of the Contest Period. If you are a winner of the Contest we shall keep your personal data on file for a period of 12 months after the end of the Contest Period in case we need to contact with you concerning your award. After the aforementioned retention periods Ewopharma shall delete your personal data. If you have consented to be contacted in relation any future Ewopharma’s Newsletters we will keep your email adress on file for this purpose for a period of 12 months.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to residents of ____________only. Entry is limited to one entry per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted. Entries by employees or agents of Ewopharma (local entity), its associated companies, or its partners or persons involved with or anyone professionally connected with the Contest will not be accepted. Prizes are non-transferable, not for resale and will not be paid in cash. Ewopharma (local entity) reserves the right to exclude entrants from the Contest , delete multiple entries or end the Contest if there are any discrepancies or suspicions of technical manipulation. Ewopharma accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or incomplete entries.
3. DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
To enter the Contest, entrants must visit [revalid.com/contest] during the Contest Period, enter the code provided on the sticker to be found on Revalid product boxes, or alternatively entrants may seek a code with no purchase obligation from the website at revalid.XX and insert contact details as requested. The winners will be selected at random from a pool of all valid entries and will be contacted within fifteen working days after the end of the Contest Period by e-mail. If a winner cannot be reached or does not contact Ewopharma (local entity) within forteen calendar days after being informed that they have won, Ewopharma (local entity) reserves the right to draw another winner instead.
At the time of entering your personal details you will be asked whether, in the event that you win the Contest, you consent to your name and location being published on the following website: www.revalid.XX and on Revalid® facebook page.
For example, First Prize goes to Alain M. from Zurich (CH)).
Winner selection is final and binding. Ewopharma shall not enter into any correspondence other that the person who entered the Contest.
4. REDEMPTION OF PRIZES
The prizes will be transferred exclusively to winner. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of an equivalent or greater value.
4.1 FIRST PRICE:
Trip to Switzerland for the first winner drawn and their companion.The booking of the trip for the winner and their companion will be arranged by Ewopharma AG or by its travel partner (flights, hotels and Swiss Travel pass). The winner is responsible for all other costs.
The winner and their companion are each responsible for ensuring that they have everything required for the trip, especially valid travel documents. Any taxes, fees or levies incurred in connection with the prize must be borne by the winner.
4.2 OTHER PRIZES:

5. DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST
Ewopharma (local entity) reserves the right to disqualify individual entrants from the Contest if there are justifiable grounds, including but not limited to: infringement of the terms and conditions of participation, influencing the draw, manipulation, fraud, multiple entries, inappropriate or negative postings on social media by the entrant aimed at the promoter or Revalid or their customers or other entrants etc.
6. CHANGES TO THE RULES OF PARTICIPATION AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTEST
Ewopharma (local entity) reserves the right to modify the conditions of the Contest at any time. Furthermore, Ewopharma (local entity) reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the Contest at any time. This especially applies where an event occurs that would interfere with or prevent the proper running of the Contest.
7. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, all liability of any kind of Ewopharma AG and Ewopharma (local entity) is excluded.
8. FACEBOOK
Facebook is not commercially or legally involved in this Contest, even if the Contest is advertised and shared on Revalid® Facebook page and if certain activities in connection with the prizes take place on Facebook. The organiser of this Contest is exclusively Ewopharma (local entity). Any questions relating to the Contest should be addressed to Ewopharma (local entity) info@ewopharma.XX By entering the Contest and therefore accepting the terms and conditions of participation, entrants exempt Facebook from any liability and responsibility in connection with the Contest.
9. NEWSLETTER
Ewopharma (local entity) is entitled to send electronic newsletters to the e-mail addresses of those entrants who explicitly consent to this when they enter the Contest. They can unsubscribe to newsletters at any time either by sending an e-mail to info@ewopharma.XX or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter e-mail in question.
10. COMPETENT LAW
This Contest shall be governed by Swiss law. For any disputes in conjunction with the terms and conditions of participation, the courts of Zurich shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
